Anchor and Rise provides safe, nurturing homes for vulnerable girls and young mothers with babies across the UK. We support girls aged 8–17 and young mums who are overcoming trauma, abuse, exploitation, or family breakdown. We exist to create spaces of stability (Anchor) and empowerment (Rise) where healing begins and futures are rewritten.

Meet Sarah

Before Anchor & Rise, I felt broken and alone. I didn’t trust anyone and didn’t see a future for myself. But being here changed me. For the first time, I felt safe, seen, and supported. The love and care I received helped me heal. Now, I have hope, dreams, and a sense of who I really am. I’ve been truly restored.
